At Powerdot, we believe that growth doesn’t always mean going somewhere new — sometimes, it means looking around and seeing where your skills can shine the brightest. That’s exactly what César Ciaurriz Jaurrieta discovered when he embraced internal mobility and transitioned into a new role as RunOps Coordinator in Running Operations.
Finding the Right Fit
For César, the motivation to change roles came from a desire to fully unlock his potential.
“I wanted to find a role that best aligned with my skills and allowed me to contribute in the most effective way,” he shares. “At the same time, I wanted to keep growing — and Powerdot’s collaborative culture made the transition between teams incredibly smooth.”
With support from colleagues and an environment that encourages exploration, César found himself in a space where he could continue to learn and lead.

Lessons from the Journey
Shifting teams is never without its challenges, but for César, it was an opportunity to step outside his comfort zone — and grow from it.
“The most important lesson I’ve learned is to never lose the ambition to learn, and to remain flexible enough to explore that ambition — even in completely new areas,” he says.
Joining the Spanish Operations team presented new challenges, but with curiosity and an open mind, César developed new skills and contributed in unexpected ways.
“It reinforced the idea that adaptability and continuous learning are key to professional growth.”

Advice for Others Considering a Change
For anyone at Powerdot thinking about exploring new internal opportunities, César’s advice is simple: be proactive and stay open.
“Seek guidance from colleagues, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Growth often comes from unexpected places,” he reflects. “Connecting with other teams, taking on new responsibilities, and staying curious can open doors you hadn’t even considered.”

At Powerdot, we’re proud to support our people as they shape their own careers — not just by moving forward, but by moving in the direction that brings out their best. Internal mobility is more than a policy; it’s part of how we grow together.
