Responsibilities:
As Quality&Maintenance Coordinator for Poland, you will be in a key position in charge of managing the preventive and corrective maintenance of our electric vehicle chargers, technical support and leveraging the use of our charging spots.Your role will be dynamic, with a wide range of functions:
- Maintain the charging points:

- Organize our maintenance strategy, using our internal resources and external service providers, in close collaboration with the project managers – Deployment
- Define & improve preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
- Provide a critical view and solutions to recurring operational problems
- Team management:

- Coordinate our technicians in the field
- Monitor and maximize the performance of each technician in the team
- Set up and optimize the work tools and procedures for our engineers
- Ensure the training and safety of our technicians
- Supervise the chargers:

- Monitor the performance and faults of our charging stations using our monitoring software
- Remote diagnosis of charging station malfunctions in collaboration with our support teams
- Implementing action plans to resolve faults
The Candidate we are looking for:
- Higher education in the field of electricity, automation or maintenance
- You have at least 2/3 years’ experience in industry (electrical industry, industrial engineer, civil engineering, automotive, hi-tech industry, production plants)
- You’re familiar with electrical equipment and know how to test, diagnose and find solutions to faults in electrical installation and/or industrial devices.
- You’re keen to contribute to the management of a technical team.
- Rigorous and methodical, you are able to execute the strategies and projects you undertake perfectly, with excellent organizational skills and a sense of priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in front of direct reports and clients
- English level allowing fluent verbal and written communication
- You are fluent in Polish
- You are based in Warsaw
