Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a Technical Operations Coordinator to join our Central Operations Team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, field operations, or maintenance role within the EV charging or energy sector. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our charging network by applying your technical expertise, supporting local teams, and optimizing maintenance processes.Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support & Maintenance Coordination: Assist local operations teams across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving the uptime of our EV charging network.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine operational procedures to enhance the efficiency of installation, maintenance, and repair workflows.
  • Incident Management: Monitor network performance, diagnose technical issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external partners.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service reliability.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of operational processes, maintenance activities, and system performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to enhance the technical reliability of our charging solutions.

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in technical support, field operations, or a related role within the EV charging, energy, or electrical engineering sector.
  • Technical expertise: Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure, electrical systems, and maintenance processes.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Hands-on approach: Comfortable working with hardware, software, and network-related challenges.
  • Detail-oriented: Able to document procedures, track incidents, and analyze performance data.
  • Collaborative and adaptable: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is a plus.
