How You’ll Shape Our Story:
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement the spare parts warehouse project from scratch.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock control, replenishment of Field Engineers’ inventories, and returns to suppliers
- Define and document workflows, processes, and best practices for spare parts handling and logistics
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts in the field to improve First Time Resolution (FTR)
Process Development & Optimization
- Collaborate with Central Warehouse, Operations, and Field teams to optimize stock management and replenishment processes
- Establish standardized procedures for spare parts handling, storage, and returns
- Continuously improve warehouse operations, tools, and quality standards to reduce costs and increase efficiency
Technical Expertise
- Select and define appropriate warehouse tools, equipment, and systems for spare parts management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for field teams
- Support reporting, documentation, and analysis of spare parts usage and supplier interactions

- Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, spare parts logistics, or related operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock replenishment, and supplier management
- Experience in designing and implementing logistics workflows and operational processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operational, field, and technical teams
- Strong organizational, documentation, and process optimization skills
