How You’ll Shape Our Story:

The Houston Manager will lead Powerdot’s user support team, responsible for all customer interactions and for transforming every contact into a positive experience. This role requires a combination of operational leadership, analytical thinking, and people management to ensure the team delivers exceptional service while constantly improving processes, tools, and performance.
