Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That’s the future we’re building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don’t just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly:our network, our partners, ourselves.
If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for “just a job.” Neither are we. 😎 We’re driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you’ll feel at home here. We’re looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold. How You’ll Shape Our Story:
The Energy Billing Coordinator ensures accurate and timely management of supplier energy invoices. The role combines diligent reporting, analytical rigor, and stakeholder communication. By controlling supplier billing, reconciling invoices with forecasts, and maintaining direct contact with energy suppliers and Distribution System Operators (DSOs), the coordinator will help optimize Powerdot’s energy cost management, detect anomalies, and resolve disputes, all while contributing to the efficiency of financial processes.
- Manage supplier energy invoices across Powerdot’s energy contracts, with a strong focus on Poland, from data collection and validation to reporting.
- Input all relevant energy invoice data into country-specific Excel trackers, ensuring structured data and accurate recording of actuals. Conduct weekly updates to management regarding invoice status and data quality, highlighting missing information.
- Support the Actuals vs Estimates process in close collaboration with Energy engineers responsible for energy forecasts calculation and reconciliation of supplier invoices with forecasts
- Address invoice discrepancies, liaise with energy suppliers and DSOs for disputes or tariff adjustments, and submit complaints when necessary
- Proactive in suggesting and implementing process improvements, including automation of data collection and checks to reduce reliance on manual tasks and increase efficiency.
This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in invoicing or financial coordination (experience in managing energy invoices is a strong plus).
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and diligence in recording actual data for reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish are highly desirable due to frequent interaction with DSOs.
- Demonstrated success in resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring strict compliance of billing with contracts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
The Kind of Energy We’re Looking For:
- We’re not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We’re into people who make things happen.
- You lead and listen. Whether you’re steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
- You own your stuff. You don’t wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
- You’ve got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn’t just cool, it’s core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
- You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended 🔋).
- You grow on purpose. You’re hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.
