Responsibilities:

The Senior Partnership Success Coordinator (SPSC) will play a critical role in the accelerated growth and expansion of Powerdot’s EV charging network, with a focus on deepening partner relationships to drive mutual growth. This position is designed for a professional with five or more years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development. You will work closely with established partners, acting as their primary point of contact and advisor, ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction in each partnership. In this role, the SPSC will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including Partnership Development, Growth, Operations, and Product—to enhance partner satisfaction and engagement with Powerdot’s suite of tools. Supported by a central team focused on optimizing business development and after-sales processes, the SPSC will maximize the impact of each engagement, directly influencing Powerdot’s Product and Business roadmap. At Powerdot, our culture emphasizes ownership, fast execution, and overachievement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Nurture Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value partnerships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction with Powerdot’s solutions.
  • Strategic Communication: Establish and maintain open, productive communication channels with each partner to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Client Meetings and Business Reviews: Conduct regular client meetings to present performance metrics, uncover new opportunities, and discuss growth strategies.
  • Monitor and Optimize EV Charging Stations: Oversee the performance of partner-owned EV charging stations, identifying optimization opportunities to drive revenue and operational improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, automate tasks, and optimize workflows for better partner outcomes.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Actively seek new avenues for partnership growth, expanding Powerdot’s presence in the market and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Team Coordination and Goal Achievement: Collaborate with the Partnership Success team to achieve goals within established timelines and ensure consistency across the partnership experience.

Qualifications:

We believe you will succeed in this role if you:

  • Experience and Leadership: Bring 6 – 7+ years of professional experience in partnership management, account management, business development, or a related role with a proven track record of success.
  • Entrepreneurial and Proactive: Possess a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial approach to tackling challenges and driving results.
  • Commercial and Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong commercial insight and business development capabilities, with a knack for identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Rely on performance metrics and data to guide decision-making, ensuring actions are backed by insights and facts.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit a strong sense of organization and priority management, utilizing CRM tools to manage and enhance partner relationships effectively.
  • Communication Excellence: Excel in verbal and written communication, with proficiency in both Portuguese and English, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Passion for Electric Mobility and Sustainability: Show a strong interest in electric mobility and sustainable initiatives, aligned with Powerdot’s mission.
