This document establishes the Terms and Conditions (\u201c<\/span>Terms and Conditions<\/b>\u201d or \u201c<\/span>Terms<\/b>\u201d) of the promotional campaign organised by Powerdot, in collaboration with Mastercard (\u201c<\/span>Promotional Campaign<\/b>\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Please carefully read all of the terms and conditions set herein. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you (the \u201c<\/span>User<\/b>\u201d) signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from participating in this Promotional Campaign.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated by an updated \u201cRevised\u201d date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. Your continued acceptance of these Terms represents that you have accepted such changes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Campaign Period: <\/b>from December 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024<\/span><\/p>\n Charging Stations<\/b>: the electric vehicles\u2019 charging stations made available and operated by Powerdot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Charge or Charging Session<\/b>: the electric charging of a vehicle conducted through the Powerdot Charging Stations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions of access of the Promotional Campaign, aimed at users who use their Mastercard to charge electric vehicles at Powerdot payment terminals in Portugal during the campaign period. Participants who meet the requirements will be eligible for a \u20ac50 e-voucher to use on the Airbnb platform (\u201c<\/span>E-voucher<\/b>\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The participation of a User in the Promotional Campaign depends on the User’s acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Any User who owns an active and valid Mastercard credit or debit card is eligible and, if they meet the participation requirements described below, may participate in this Promotional Campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n To participate in this Promotional Campaign, Users must provide the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n Once registration is complete, Users must spend a minimum of [insert amount] Euros in a Charging Session at the Charging Stations, and pay at Powerdot\u2019s charging point payment terminals using the Registered Card during the Campaign Period. All qualifying transactions must be completed within this period to be eligible for the Promotional Campaign benefits.<\/span><\/p>\n Once it has been verified that the participant has complied with the participation\u00a0 requirements set forth in this Section 4, an E-voucher will be sent to the email address provided by the participant. The E-voucher will be sent on January 2, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The E-voucher issued as part of this Promotional Campaign will have a value of \u20ac50 and can be redeemed exclusively on the Airbnb website.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Each participant is permitted to join the Promotional Campaign using only one Mastercard credit card. In the event that multiple credit cards are used by a single participant or if multiple attempts to enter the campaign are detected, we reserve the right to disqualify and cancel any additional entries associated with such actions. This measure is to ensure fair participation and to prevent any misuse of the promotional offer.<\/span><\/p>\n The \u20ac50 e-voucher can only be redeemed on the Airbnb platform, in accordance with the terms and conditions of that service. The E-voucher is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any products or services other than those available on the Airbnb platform.<\/span><\/p>\n Each participant is eligible to receive only one E-voucher throughout the duration of the Promotional Campaign. This policy applies irrespective of the number of qualifying Charging Sessions completed by the participant. This applies regardless of the number of qualifying Charging Sessions completed. The E-voucher will be awarded following the successful verification of compliance with the Campaign requirements as outlined in these Terms<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws, we are committed to protecting your personal data. The data collected during this Promotional Campaign will only be used for the following purposes:<\/span><\/p>\n By participating in the Promotional Campaign and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described above.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Powerdot will not be liable for delays, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond its control that may prevent users from participating in the Promotional Campaign or receiving the E-voucher.<\/span><\/p>\n Participants acknowledge that the use of Powerdot\u2019s charging points and payment terminals is subject to Powerdot\u2019s general terms and conditions of use, available on its website.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Powerdot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, as well as to suspend or terminate the campaign early if deemed necessary, without any claims being made by the participants.<\/span><\/p>\n Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to the participants through Powerdot\u2019s website or other means deemed appropriate by the company.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law.<\/span><\/p>\n Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n If any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or the application thereof to any party or circumstance, is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable (in whole or in part) for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the Terms had been executed with the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable portion eliminated. This shall be applicable as long as the modified Terms continue to express, without material change, the original intentions of the parties regarding the subject matter of these Terms, and the deletion of such portions does not substantially impair the respective benefits or expectations of the parties under these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n No failure or delay by Powerdot in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof.
